SAN ANTONIO, Texas (AP) — A man has been arrested and charged with trafficking in counterfeit Viagra and counterfeit drug products and dealing in controlled substances.
The man has pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in counterfeit Viagra, and is facing a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
The arrest came after authorities learned that the man and others were selling counterfeit Viagra and counterfeit drug products online.
The man was arrested by Homeland Security Investigations’ Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) on Sept. 17 and charged with selling counterfeit Viagra and counterfeit drug products.
An HSI agent who accompanied the man on the night of Sept. 17 said the man was “very upset” and “very anxious” about the charges.
The man’s arrest comes after authorities learned that the man sold counterfeit Viagra and counterfeit drug products online. According to an affidavit filed in the case, the man was “responsible for buying and selling the counterfeit prescription drugs.”
According to the affidavit, the man and others who were buying the counterfeit prescription drugs sent to the US market via email and website were receiving counterfeit prescription drugs from various websites.
According to the affidavit, the man and others contacted him and were selling counterfeit prescription drugs on the Internet at “unspecified locations.”
An HSI agent said the man and others in the case are not from the United States, and “they are not part of the investigation or a part of the investigation that is being conducted in the case.”
According to the affidavit, the man did not provide any details of the purchases, and the man never returned the emails or websites.
In addition to selling fake prescription drugs on the Internet, the man has also paid out millions of dollars in rent to help pay for his illegal lifestyle drugs.
The affidavit said the man is listed as a former employee of an online drug trade website and was listed as the owner of the site, but did not provide any details on his involvement. In addition, the man and others have not been charged.
HSI also said the man’s online business has not been established, and he has not been arrested.
The man’s arrest comes after an investigation that began in September, and the investigation was led by Homeland Security Investigations’ Homeland Security Investigations.
HSI also said it is investigating a case of “illegal sale and distribution” of counterfeit prescription drugs. According to the affidavit, the investigation began in 2017 when the defendant and several other individuals sold counterfeit prescription drugs on the Internet to consumers.
According to the affidavit, the defendant, who lives in San Diego, San Diego, and was arrested in 2017 and charged with selling counterfeit prescription drugs, was selling counterfeit prescription drugs on the Internet. According to the affidavit, the defendant’s website was selling counterfeit prescription drugs.
The affidavit said the defendant has since pleaded not guilty and is currently being held without bond.
The affidavit said the defendant was arrested in January 2020 after a three-month investigation. He is currently being held without bond.
According to the affidavit, the defendant’s website was selling counterfeit prescription drugs at the “unspecified” locations and sold fake prescription drugs on the Internet. The defendant and others are not associated with the website.
HSI said it is “very difficult” for the defendant to contact the man’s online business because he has not been arrested.
